Reservations & Payment Policy

Rates are based on single/double occupancy.
Visa or MasterCard required to reserve room.
All rates are subject to an 13.42% Hawaii state tax.

Check-In Policy

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving later.
Check out time is 11:00 A.M.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Credit card billed upon arrival. $20.00 fee for cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival.
Full payment required for Merrie Monarch Week. Sorry, no refunds.

Malama

Please be respectful towards others by keeping noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
Kitchen facilities are open for self-catering. Please clean up after yourself. No eating in the guest rooms, please.
We are proud to operate smoke-free establishments.

Kapoho Inn - Country Setting

Deluxe Queen - Queen bed with antique furnishings

$79/overnight stay; for multiple nights, $69/night. For extra 1-2 people, add $40/night.

Ohana Suite - Queen bed with adjoining living area and separate room with double bed

$109/overnight stay; for multiple nights, $99/night.

Pahoa Townhouse - Main Street location

Deluxe Queen - Queen bed with antique furnishings

$69/overnight stay; for multiple nights, $49/night. For extra 1-2 people, add $20/night.

Weekly Rate - For discounted longer stays

$289/week. For extra 1-2 people, add $100/week.

Whole House - Sleeps 6

$109/overnight stay; for multiple nights, $89/night. $459/week.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the reservation. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their reservation.
